Policy1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Law") and defines the procedure for processing personal data and security measures implemented by LLC "NMK SYSTEM" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.1. The Operator considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets, as its highest priority.
1.2. This Operator's Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://uz2b.uz.
2. Key Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data - processing using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of Personal Data - temporary suspension of processing (except when necessary to clarify data).
2.3. Website - a collection of graphical and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases available at https://uz2b.uz.
2.4. Personal Data Information System - a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies/technical means processing them.
2.5. Depersonalization of Personal Data - actions making it impossible to identify personal data to a specific User without additional information.
2.6. Processing of Personal Data - any action (operation) or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, or destruction.
2.7. Operator - a state body, municipal authority, legal entity or individual organizing and/or performing personal data processing.
2.8. Personal Data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable User of https://uz2b.uz.
2.9. User - any visitor to https://uz2b.uz.
2.10. Provision of Personal Data - actions disclosing personal data to specific person(s).
2.11. Dissemination of Personal Data - actions disclosing personal data to unspecified persons.
2.12. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data - transfer to foreign territory.
2.13. Destruction of Personal Data - irreversible destruction making data recovery impossible.
3. Operator's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Operator may:

• Request accurate personal data from subjects;
• Continue processing after consent withdrawal when legally permitted;
• Implement necessary protection measures.

3.2. The Operator must:

• Provide processing information upon request;
• Process data in accordance with Russian law;
• Respond to data subjects' inquiries;
• Implement security measures against unauthorized access;
• Publish this Policy publicly.

4. Data Subjects' Rights
4.1. Subjects may:

• Access their processed data;
• Request data correction/blocking/destruction;
• Withdraw processing consent;
• Appeal unlawful processing.

4.2. Subjects must provide accurate information.
5. Processing Principles
5.1. Lawful and fair basis.
5.2. Limited to specific, predefined purposes.
5.3. No incompatible database merging.
5.4. Only necessary data is processed.
5.5. Storage duration matches processing purposes.

• Contract execution/termination;
• Processing: names, emails, phone numbers;
• Legal basis: contracts with subjects.

7. Processing Conditions
7.1. Requires subject's consent unless otherwise legally permitted.
7.2. Permitted for contract performance or legal obligations.
8. Data Security
8.1. Implements legal, organizational and technical protections.
8.2. No third-party transfers except when legally required.
8.3. Users may update data by emailing INFO@UZ2B.UZ with "Personal Data Update".
9. Operator's Processing Activities
Collects, records, systematizes, stores, updates, retrieves, uses, transfers, depersonalizes, blocks, deletes and destroys data.
10. Cross-Border Transfers
Requires prior notification to authorized bodies.
11. Confidentiality
Operator must not disclose data without consent unless legally required.
